Egg Half Fry

This dish is a treat for egg lover's. It is very simple and easy. It takes only 2 minutes. Good for fresher's and bachelor's to start with this recipe.  Can have it at any time. Goes well with bread.

NOTE :  
  • Optional - Can use red chilly powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder or cumin powder
  • Better to use a non-stick pan.
  • Can fry any number of eggs at a time
  • Can make it without breaking the egg yolk.

Ingredients:  

Egg1
Saltas needed
Pepper Powder1/2 sp
Red Chilly Powder (Optional)1/4 sp
Garam Masala Powder  (Optional)1/4 sp
Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder  (Optional)1/4 sp
Coriander Powder / Kotambari Powder  (Optional)1/4 sp
Oil1/2 sp
Turmeric Powder  (Optional)1/4 sp

Method :

  1. Preheat non-stick pan for a minute.
     2.  Add Oil and spread it evenly onto the pan.

     3.  Take a egg and break it gently with a spoon. And spread it on pan. Can break and spread the egg yolk if you prefer.



     4.  Let it cook for about minutes on low flame

     5.  Sprinkle salt,pepper and all the optional powders if needed.


     6.  Switch off the stove and serve with toasted breads or plain breads.
