Egg Half Fry
This dish is a treat for egg lover's. It is very simple and easy. It takes only 2 minutes. Good for fresher's and bachelor's to start with this recipe. Can have it at any time. Goes well with bread.
NOTE :
Yield : 1 servings
NOTE :
- Optional - Can use red chilly powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder or cumin powder
- Better to use a non-stick pan.
- Can fry any number of eggs at a time
- Can make it without breaking the egg yolk.

Red Chilly Powder (Optional) | 1/4 sp |
Garam Masala Powder (Optional) | 1/4 sp |
Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder (Optional) | 1/4 sp |
Coriander Powder / Kotambari Powder (Optional) | 1/4 sp |
Oil | 1/2 sp |
Turmeric Powder (Optional) | 1/4 sp |
Method :
- Preheat non-stick pan for a minute.
